Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Gobble Stop. By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gobble Stop LLC ("Gobble Stop," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Gobble Stop mobile application and website (collectively the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gobble Stop is an AI-powered turkey hunting intelligence application that provides offline WMA maps, AI-generated Transition Point predictions, sign marking tools, hunt notes, and related hunting planning features. The Service is designed for turkey hunters hunting on public land in the United States.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Gobble Stop

• You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local hunting laws and regulations

• You are responsible for obtaining all required hunting licenses and permits

• By using Gobble Stop you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements

4. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gobblestopapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

Gobble Stop offers a free tier with limited features including basic WMA mapping and limited waypoints. No payment is required for the free tier.

Gobble Stop Pro

Gobble Stop Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks full AI Transition Point prediction, unlimited offline maps, unlimited waypoints, wind overlay, and all premium features.

• Monthly subscription: $9.99 per month

• Annual subscription: $49.99 per year

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase

• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Play Store account settings

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple and Google refund policies respectively. We do not process refunds directly. For refund requests contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gobble Stop only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to facilitate any illegal hunting activity including poaching, hunting out of season, or hunting without required licenses

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service

• Share your account credentials with others

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems

• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Service without our written permission

7. AI Predictions and Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Gobble Stop's AI Transition Point predictions are generated based on terrain data and algorithmic analysis. These predictions are tools to assist hunting planning and are NOT guaranteed to be accurate. Wildlife behavior is unpredictable. Gobble Stop makes no warranty that predictions will result in successful hunting outcomes. Always use your own judgment and experience in the field. Gobble Stop is not responsible for any unsuccessful hunts based on app predictions.

8. Hunting Safety

Hunting involves inherent risks including serious injury or death. Gobble Stop is a planning and scouting tool only. The app does not provide safety guidance, emergency services, or real-time hazard warnings. You are solely responsible for your safety while hunting. Always follow safe hunting practices, wear appropriate safety equipment, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Gobble Stop is not a substitute for proper hunting training, experience, or judgment. Never rely solely on the app for navigation in remote areas. Always inform someone of your hunting location and expected return time.

9. Offline Functionality

Gobble Stop offers offline map caching and prediction features. Offline functionality requires maps to be downloaded in advance while connected to the internet. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of offline features in all areas or under all conditions. Map data may become outdated over time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Gobble Stop including but not limited to the app design, logos, AI prediction algorithms, WMA map overlays, text, graphics, and software are owned by Gobble Stop LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Gobble Stop name, Gobble Pin logo, GS Emblem, and all related marks are trademarks of Gobble Stop LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the app including hunt notes, waypoints, and photos. By using the Service you grant Gobble Stop a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your hunt data and will not use your individual hunt data for any purpose other than providing the Service.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data — data that cannot be traced back to any individual user — to improve our AI prediction models and Service features.

12. Third Party Maps and Data

Gobble Stop uses map data from Mapbox and WMA boundary data from state wildlife agencies. We strive to keep this data accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee its accuracy. WMA boundaries, regulations, and access may change. Always verify current WMA boundaries and regulations with your state wildlife agency before hunting.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOBBLE STOP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOBBLE STOP LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GOBBLE STOP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GOBBLE STOP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gobble Stop LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@gobblestopapp.com.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or through a notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Gobble Stop LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
