Your privacy matters to us. Gobble Stop was built by a hunter for hunters — we collect only what we need to make the app work and never sell your personal data to third parties.

1. Who We Are

Gobble Stop is an AI-powered turkey hunting intelligence application developed and operated by Gobble Stop LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Our app is available on iOS and Android platforms. You can reach us at support@gobblestopapp.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Email address — when you create an account or join our beta waitlist

• Device type — iPhone or Android, collected at signup

• Hunt notes and waypoints — content you create inside the app including pins, photos, and notes

• Feedback and communications — any messages you send to our support team

Information Collected Automatically

• Location data — GPS coordinates used to display your position on WMA maps and generate AI Transition Point predictions. Location is only accessed when the app is actively in use.

• Device information — device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting purposes

• Usage data — features used, screens viewed, and general app interaction patterns to improve the product

• Crash reports — anonymous error logs to help us fix bugs

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your real name unless you choose to provide it

• We do not collect payment information directly — all payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

• We do not track your location when the app is closed or running in the background unless you explicitly enable background location

• We do not collect contacts, photos outside the app, or any other device data

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Gobble Stop app and its features

• To send you beta access links, app updates, and important account information

• To generate AI Transition Point predictions based on your location and terrain data

• To respond to your support requests and feedback

• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve the product — this data is anonymized and never tied to individual users

• To comply with legal obligations

4. Location Data

Gobble Stop uses your device's GPS to show your location on WMA maps and generate hunting predictions. This is core functionality of the app. Location data is processed on your device and is not continuously transmitted to our servers. We do not build location history profiles or share your location with any third party.

You can revoke location permissions at any time in your device settings. Note that revoking location access will limit core app functionality.

5. Third Party Services

Gobble Stop uses the following third party services to operate:

• Mapbox — provides satellite map tiles and terrain data. Subject to Mapbox Privacy Policy.

• Firebase (Google) — provides authentication, database, and app distribution services. Subject to Google Privacy Policy.

• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — handles all subscription payments and billing. Subject to Apple and Google privacy policies respectively.

• RevenueCat — manages subscription status and entitlements. Subject to RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry standard encryption. Hunt notes, waypoints, and personal data are stored locally on your device by default. If cloud sync is enabled, data is encrypted in transit and at rest on our secure servers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you

• Correction — you can update your account information at any time

• Deletion — you can delete your account and all associated data by contacting support@gobblestopapp.com

• Opt out of emails — you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send

• Location permissions — you can revoke location access in your device settings at any time

8. Children's Privacy

Gobble Stop is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@gobblestopapp.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their data, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@gobblestopapp.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes we will notify you by email or through a notice in the app. Your continued use of Gobble Stop after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
